In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us at least 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during the time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a fee of 15 percent of services before rescheduling any further appointments. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a 50 percent fee without exception.
